Not to be confused with 28 Days Later (wanna- be horror flick)...
This is an older Sandra Bullock movie - I love this movie. It's a serious subject matter but this film keeps it light. It's entertaining and not too heavy but drives the point home.
The movie is about a Gwen's experience in a court forced drug/alcohol rehab stint. It's funny, dramatic, entertaining, and yet it could be that mirror some of us need. Not necessarily for the getting over drugs or alcohol - for those emotionally constipated parts of our lives and how to get rolling in a better direction again.
I love Alan Tudyk in this movie - his character alone makes me laugh every time...
